Tourist tax not included: 1.50 € per person per night, for up to 10 nights. Starting from the eleventh night, the taxes are excluded. (Children under 12-year-old excluded)

The long weekends that fall into band A and B are in C band with minimum stay of 3 nights:

2nd June : Republic Day
2nd November : Feast of All Saints
30th December : New Year

Informing that the customer has to pay for the entire booked period in case of late arrival or early departure (or if you would change the type of treatment may not receive reimbursement or benefit reduction package).

The management reserves the right to turn prior to your arrival debiting the consumer so you find the apartment at a temperature of at least 20 degrees.
This is to avoid temperature changes for a season more or less cold not arising out of our control or quality of the apartments in terms of thermal insulation.
Triggered after the consumption on your request with the rate of 3.00 € contachilocalorie.

Direction

Security Deposit: 150.00 € refundable.

Final cleaning: 30.00 € for two-room, 40.00 € for three-room and three-room plus, 60.00 € for four-room, 80.00 € for an apartment for 8 people.

The prices of the apartments include: electricity consumption, water, gas, bed linen and towels, with weekly change, use of the swimming pool (15/04–15/10), car parking, Satellite TV, small children's playground, high chairs and cots (request in advance when booking).

The prices of the rooms include: electricity consumption, water and gas, heating (if requested), bed linen and towels, daily bed making and tidying, final cleaning, daily bathroom products.

The double room with single use, a 50% weighting will be added to the price.
